sad to ring in the new year with a few tears, but i’d like to dedicate this post to my grandpa.

grandpa, you were the most amazing man i knew. the greatest grandpa in the world, as i’d like to say. a very strong, kind hearted, and intelligent man who fought until the very end. i have been finding it a little hard for me to be sad because i know you’re exactly where you want to be. you’re with all of your boys, and brianna, watching down on us. you’re at peace now, but i’m going to miss you so much (not to mention i’m also going to miss those grilled cheese sandwiches). say hi to everyone up there for me, grandpa, and don’t you ever forget that i love you.. how much you ask? to infinity an beyond! <3
